About This Place

Welcome to Little Sapa Viet House, a delightful Vietnamese restaurant nestled at 534 University Park Dr, Regina, SK S4V 2Z3, Canada. With a focus on takeout, this hidden gem has quickly become a favorite in the community, renowned for its generous portions and authentic flavors that transport you straight to the bustling streets of Vietnam.

The charm of Little Sapa lies in its commitment to quality and affordability. Patrons rave about their Seafood in Black Bean Sauce, acclaimed for its rich flavor and perfect balance of texture. And if you're a fan of fresh rolls, you're in for a treat – the shrimp and pork fresh rolls have garnered praise for their freshness and generous size, accompanied by a peanut sauce that adds just the right amount of sweetness.

Many customers cannot resist the temptation of their crispy fried chicken, a dish that consistently impresses with its crunch and satisfying flavor. The sweet and sour boneless pork stands out, boasting substantial chunks of meat rather than mere batter, making it a hearty choice that's even better the next day as the flavors deepen.

Vegetarian? Little Sapa has you covered. The rice vermicelli with spring rolls and pork on skewer offers a burst of flavors and textures, with tender pork that melts in your mouth. For noodle lovers, their Shanghai noodles provide a delightful mix of juicy shrimp and bbq pork slices, ensuring each bite is satisfying. Don't overlook the chicken pad thai, which comes topped with fresh peanuts and a surprising twist of lemon, enhancing its flavor profile.

Of course, a visit to Little Sapa would not be complete without sampling their bubble tea, known for its authentic taste and perfectly chewy tapioca pearls. This beverage encapsulates the care taken in all their offerings, using real tea and milk for a genuine experience.

The service is as delightful as the food, with quick preparation times and friendly staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. As noted by regulars, the efficiency of service, coupled with quality dishes, makes ordering a breeze.

In a nutshell, Little Sapa Viet House is not just a restaurant; it's an experience that mirrors the culinary treasures of Vietnam. If you find yourself in Regina, make it a point to visit this takeout treasure. You’ll leave not only satisfied but eager to return and explore their menu further!

I have recently placed an order for takeout lunch at Little Sapa Viet House using Skip, and I can attest that their serving size is generous and the pricing is very affordable. They only offer takeout services, but I particularly enjoy their Seafood in Black Bean Sauce, and their fresh rolls are also very appetizing. You must try their crispy fried chicken as well.

The shrimp and pork fresh rolls are so deadly. Nice and big and very fresh, and the peanut sauce is delicious!! The sweet and sour boneless pork is really tasty and, unlike many places where the "pork" is mostly just fried batter, they use nice big chunks of meat!! You get a nice big portion and it is even more tasty the next day, when the sauce has had more time to soak into the meat! The sweet and sour chicken balls are very tasty too! You get a nice big side of sweet and sour sauce to dip them in (instead of putting the sauce on them and having them be soggy). There is a really good ratio of meat to coating; nice big pieces of meat inside each one! The rice vermicelli with spring rolls and pork on skewer is SO good! The pork on skewer is so rich and flavourful, and super tender!! Tried the Shanghai noodles and wow were they good! Nice big juicy shrimp and bbq pork slices throughout. Noodles were cooked just right. As usual, the portion size did not disappoint and I had enough left for lunch the next day, where similar to the sweet and sour boneless pork, the flavour was even better! The chicken pad thai was yet another hit. Not too spicy...personal preference, obviously...but still had some kick. Plenty of egg and chicken in it, and some nice chunks of broccoli. Topped with a good amount of peanuts; whole and chopped. Also came with a lemon slice, which was something new to me (I've only had pad thai a handful of times at a couple places and it never came with lemon before). Tried some with and some without the lemon and both were delicious. Same as the other entrees, there's plenty of food to spare and enjoyed it the next day as leftovers! Most recent treat here was a bubble tea! Definitely one of the best I've had. Made with actual tea and milk...not just sugary super sweet powder stuff, like so many other places make it! No skimp on the tapioca balls either! Their speed of service is also great! Have ordered from them three times so far and food was ready in 10 minutes on a Thursday evening and in 10-15 minutes on a Friday evening! Little Sapa is definitely a new favourite of mine!!!

Absolutely love this busy take out restaurant featuring many items including delicious Vietnamese combos with photos taken this week as I ate there practically everyday. Very limited seating as it's more of a takeout desk and although she may sound a bit somber when taking your phone take out delivery order, she is the most friendly in person and super busy. Definitely recommend this place!

Good food, Professional, friendly staff. I have not ordered here in a while but we used to get food here all the time. I will update this review after my next order for pictures.

Just had the most delicious takeout from Vietnam Restaurant! Even as takeout, the food exceeded my expectations. The flavors were authentic and rich, reminding me of the vibrant street food I enjoyed in Vietnam. The packaging was secure, ensuring that every dish arrived fresh and hot. Whether it was the aromatic Wor wonton soup, the crispy spring rolls, or the fresh rolls & Ginger Beef flavorful , each bite transported me back to Saigon. If you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Vietnam Restaurant is a must-try. I'll definitely be ordering again soon!

Grilled chicken vermicelli is my most favorite dish here. the taste is great

It was one of the best experiences. Nothing fancy but the food was amazing. We ordered appetizers and dinner. The food was out in less than 15 min. for everything. The portions are huge! The food is sooo delicious. You can definitely share unless you want a meal for the next day because the portions are very generous. Service was so quick. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. This is a place worth the stop!

The food here is very delicious, suitable for taste, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. I have eaten here many times, sometimes I even get free spring rolls when I order a lot. I will recommend to my friends to experience the food here.
